At this time, World Scientific eBooks are sold on a title by title basis. There is no minimum on the number of books purchased. In general our eBooks are priced 30% above the listed hardcover price due to features that allow for higher usage as a result of simultaneous access.

Discounts are available based on amount spent:

• US$1000 - US$1999: 5% discount
• US$2000 - US$4999: 10% discount
• Above US$5000: 20% discount

A library or institution will get online access to purchased content through ebooks.worldscinet.com. Archiving options are available. Platform fees apply.

New eBook editions are treated as new purchases. Just like a print version with a new edition, libraries need to purchase these separately.

All World Scientific eBooks are in PDF format and accessible through ebooks.worldscinet.com. Users need to have Adobe Reader (freely available from www.adobe.com) installed and an active internet connection. Our IP-linked system will detect the titles a library/institution has purchased and enable access to these titles automatically within the IP range provided.

Libaries/Institutions will also get a customized portal enabling convenient, single point access to the eBooks they have purchased from World Scientific. This site lists all titles that the library has access to and offers library patrons an easy way of identifying the material they can access.

At this time, chapter sales are not available but will be in the near future.
